Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Visit our online Support Center and submit a ticket with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
